GEL AND MOUTH TRAY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before treatment:
When using for the first time, make sure the light and the tray are attached together. When you are ready, brush your teeth, floss and dry your teeth.
✓Tip:As humidity can reduce the effects of the gel, make sure the teeth and the tray are dry when putting the tray in the mouth to maximize your results
- Application of the gel:
When you apply the gel make sure not to fill the tray (“recommendation: 0.3-0.5cc Or less per side of the tray), Place a SMALL drop of whitening gel for each tooth directly on the front surface of the tray (on the inner lens and not at the bottom of the tray) on the front of each tooth in the tray). Do not spread the gel everywhere. Re cap the syringe for the next treatment until it is empty.
✓ Tip: Less gel is better when whitening. Adding more gel will not speed up the whitening process; rather it will waste your gel and increase potential sensitivity on gums
- Insert the tray:
Insert your tray into your mouth and over your teeth. Place the tray firmly against your teeth by pressing tray against teeth . Remove any excess gel that protrudes from the tray and spreads onto your gums with a cotton swab.
✓ Tip: Hold the tray in with one hand and wipe off excess gel with your finger, a tissue or cotton swab, if any
Activation time: Press the start button to begin the 20 minute countdown. At the end of the countdown. The light will turn off automatically with an instant sound. ✓ Tip: Whiten your teeth for up to 30 minutes Use daily for 10 consecutive days or until optimal results are achieved.
✓ Tip: The best time to whiten your teeth is right before bed after brushing your teeth.
- After Bleaching:
Remove the tray and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water, brush your teeth to remove any remaining gel and continue your usual oral hygiene. If necessary, use a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth. Do not immerse LED light in water.
If necessary, use the red beam by pressing the LED light button and letting go of button, re-insert the clean tray (without gel) with the red light on your teeth, this can help if you have sensitivity (2 x 5 min)
✓ Tip: After whitening, your teeth will temporarily be more porous.
